Structured and Clarity, side by side
Structured is a visual daily planner: your day laid out on a timeline. Clarity starts from what is in your head: you say it once, out loud or typed, and it turns what it understood into tasks and shows you what it saved. This page says what each one does today, with the date and where each fact comes from. We make Clarity, so read it knowing that.

What each app does today
Facts about Structured come from its own website, help center and App Store page, checked on 4 November 2026. Facts about Clarity come from the app and its App Store page the same day. Prices for Structured Pro are not listed here because its help center says they depend on your region.

What Clarity does not do
- No Android yet, and no web app to plan in. You can try it with your voice for a minute in the browser at /try, without installing.
- No Apple Watch app and no month view.
- No shared lists or boards: each list belongs to one person.
- No import of your tasks from Reminders, Microsoft To Do or other apps.
- It is new: 3 ratings in the US App Store on 4 November 2026, where Structured has 168,429.
- It can get a date wrong or file something in the wrong place. When it does, tell it what to change and check what it saved.
If you want repeating things without a subscription
The two work differently. In Structured, recurring tasks are tasks on the timeline, and they are part of Pro. Clarity repeats reminders you ask for by saying how often, and that is free. Pick by what you need to repeat.
Which one fits
If you plan your day as blocks of time on a timeline, or you need Android, the web or Apple Watch, Structured is built for that.
If your day starts as a pile of things in your head and you want to say it once and check what was saved, Clarity does that, free, with no end date. Start with what's in your head.
What it costs
The app is free, with no end date: your list, reminders and widgets. Talking to Clarity is free too, with no end date. There is an optional Clarity Pro subscription in the app.
